Acura MDX Replace Dust & Pollen Filter

The 2009 Acura MDX is equipped with a replaceable filter stored within the dash that prevents dust and pollen from entering the interior of the vehicle. According to Acura, the filter should be replaced every 12 months or after each 10,000 miles driven. If the MDX is regularly exposed to heavy traffic, high air pollution or dusty conditions, the filter will need to be replaced more often. A clean filter improves the air flow through the air conditioning ventilation system.
